From Boston's Logan International Airport:
- Leave airport and take either the Callahan or Ted Williams Tunnel to I-93 South.
- Take Route 3 South until you get to the end. Cross the Sagamore Bridge onto Cape Cod.
- At the first Exit, take a left at lights.
- At Bourne Rotary*, take 28 South all the way into Falmouth.
- Take a right onto Falmouth Heights Road (Friendly's Ice Cream is on the corner).
- Falmouth Heights Road merges into Grand Avenue shortly after MacDougalls (on the right)
- Mariner's Point will be on 1 mile ahead on the left.
From Providence/Warwick T. F. Green Airport:
- I-95 South to I-195 East through Providence. You will see signs for Cape Cod.
- Take exit for Route 25 East and cross the Bourne Bridge
- At Bourne Rotary*, take 28 South all the way into Falmouth.
- Take a right onto Falmouth Heights Road (Friendly's Ice Cream is on the corner)
- Falmouth Heights Road merges into Grand Avenue shortly after MacDougalls (on the right).
- Mariner's Point will be 1 mile ahead on the left.
***From the Bourne Bride Rotary***
- Follow 28 South for approximately 11 miles.
- 28 South will become a two-lane road.
- Turn left at the 1st traffic light (Jones Road).
- Go straight through 1st traffic light (Gifford St.)
- At second traffic light (Stop & Shop will be on your lef) take a right.
- Stay on that road until you see a Friendly's Restaurant.
- Take a left onto Falmouth Heights Road.
- The resort is 1 mile ahead on the left.
