Children stay free with parents! Sorry, no pets allowed. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include MA 9.7% state and hospitality tax. Check in time is 4:00 PM, check out time is promptly at 10:00 AM.
June through Labor Day a  2 night minimum stay is required. Resort is seasonal and is closed NOV-though Mid APRIL

Deposit Information
1/2 of the total amount due upon confirmation of reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa,  Discover, travelers checks and of course, cash. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 14 Days prior to arrival.  A $10.00 service charge will be deducted on all cancellations.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival.  This refund policy also applies to all early  departures.

On-Site Resort Services:		 Sailboat in Falmouth Inner Harbor
  • Complimentary coffee and pastry is available every Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Seasonal)
  • Copy service is available at the front desk for a charge of 25 cents per copy
  • A fax machine is available at the front desk for guests at $1.00 per page. Overseas fax will be at an additional charge.
  • Special Services: Irons, ironing boards, extra pillows, extra towels or pool towels are available.
  • Maid service is available at an additional charge.
  • Ice and Vending Machines: Ice is free to guests and available outside the office. A soda machine is also available.
  • Free Internet access available in office area.
    Wifi is available for $5.00 a day or $20.00 for the week.
  • Local Restaurants/Attractions: A guide to restaurants is available in the office. Brochures for local attractions such as whale watches, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, etc. are also available.
  • Sauna, Pool & Jacuzzi: are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m. daily in season.
  • Video/DVD Rentals Available in Office
